# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to **all payments made to Noren**, including payments for Products, services, subscriptions, licenses, fees, commissions, and other purchases.

## 1. Refunds

* Refunds are **not guaranteed**.
* Noren may approve, deny, or partially approve a refund **at its sole discretion**.
* Noren will only issue a refund where Noren chooses to do so or where a refund is required by applicable law.
* Making a payment to Noren does not automatically create a right to a refund.

## 2. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted by contacting Noren Support.

Noren may request relevant information when reviewing a refund request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

## 3. Final Decisions

Refund decisions made by Noren are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

## 4. Policy Changes

Noren reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
