Terms of Use - Noren Support Hub

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, importing, modifying, or using a Noren digital asset (“Product”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

Licence & Ownership

Products are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Product in personal or commercial Roblox projects. Noren and its licensors retain all rights and intellectual property in the Product.

Permitted Use

You may modify the Product and use it in your own Roblox projects, including published experiences. Your development team may access it solely for your licensed project; this does not grant them an independent licence.

Valid Licences

A licence is valid only for Products purchased from Noren or an approved distribution channel. Leaked, pirated, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized copies are not licensed.

Redistribution

You may not resell, sublicense, lease, share, give away, upload, distribute, or otherwise provide the Product or a modified version to others, including through asset packs, libraries, templates, or similar collections.

Ownership Claims

You may not claim the Product or its original components as your own. Modifying or combining a Product does not transfer ownership or make prohibited redistribution permissible. You retain ownership of content you independently create.

Branding & Attribution

Required branding, credits, and copyright notices must remain visible unless the Product is unbranded or you have a valid No Branding Pass. Required attribution may not be removed or altered without Noren’s permission.

Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or tamper with a Product to bypass licensing, distribute protected components, enable unauthorized use, or defeat Noren’s protections.

Security & Verification

You may not bypass, disable, remove, interfere with, or circumvent Noren’s licensing, authentication, anti-piracy, security, or ownership-verification systems, or falsify licence or ownership information. Attempts are violations even if unsuccessful.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not intentionally assist others in violating these Terms or use a Product for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or harmful purposes.

Licence Transfers

Licence transfers require Noren’s approval. Requests may be submitted to Noren Support and may be denied at Noren’s discretion, including for fraud, abuse, piracy, previous violations, or other legitimate concerns.

Enforcement

Noren may warn, require corrective action, temporarily or permanently revoke licences, deny transfers, blacklist users, or take other lawful action when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated. Noren may act without prior warning and may temporarily revoke licences while investigating suspected violations.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are governed by Noren’s Refund Policy and applicable law. Discontinuation, incompatibility, Roblox changes, loss of support, or voluntary non-use do not automatically create a refund right. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals may result in licence revocation and further enforcement.

Product Changes & Support

Noren may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or stop supporting Products at any time. Compatibility with Roblox, Roblox Studio, APIs, third-party services, or other systems is not guaranteed. Support, updates, fixes, and workarounds are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and are not guaranteed indefinitely.

Customer Responsibility & Liability

You are responsible for protecting your Product and licence, your team’s compliance, and lawful use. Noren is not responsible for problems caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, your project, or third-party changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noren is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain effective.

Changes, Creator Store & Acceptance

Noren may update these Terms, with the latest version published through its official documentation or website. Products purchased through the Roblox Creator Store are governed by applicable Roblox terms unless Noren states otherwise. By using a Product, you accept these Terms.
